We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Engineers to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in quality assurance and production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Engineering

- Perform Incoming Material Inspection to ensure materials meet quality standards.
- Conduct In-Process Inspection during production to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Carry out Final Inspection before product dispatch to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and other production documentation.
- Investigate, analyze, and assist in resolving customer complaints through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Engineering

- Support daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Participate in New Product Development (NPD) activities, including process validation and production readiness.




- Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Requirements

- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering/ ITI/ Diploma in mechanical.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Quality or Production Engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
