We are looking for Estimation Engineer on immediate basis. SITE ENGINEERING experience is a MUST.

Job Description:

1. Ensure quote requests are being responded to as per SLAs. Total maximum response time should not be higher than SLA + 1 hour. This includes time to create quote in the BuildNext system as well. (Multiple categories can be counted as multiple quotes)

2. Should clearly know which tier to bill in each project as per the instructions from the Store Manager and the requirements from the customers, and should be capable of appreciating the size of order and requesting project pricing wherever necessary

3. Estimation Engineer is responsible to keep note of SLAs and escalate only when necessary. It is the onus of the Estimation Engineer to create proper list of products within the BN site

4. Estimation Engineers are primary store support staff – they should advice clients on product selection and use their expertise and knowledge to advice customers to select the right product.

5. Estimation Engineers are expected to report to BuildNext PoC details about product availability required and specific corrections required in hyperlocal products etc.,



either through the Store Manager of directly.

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in estimation role. Site engineering experience is a must

· B. Tech/diploma Civil

· Must have understanding of estimation & pricing of building materials.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

· The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.

· Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

· . Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
