Job Description:
Media Tech Temple is hiring dedicated and confident Tele-Callers (Work from Home) to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to customers and collect feedback regarding vehicle services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound feedback calls to customers.
- Record and report customer feedback accurately.
- Maintain call quality and professionalism during interactions.
- Ensure daily targets are met.
- There should be no private communication of any candidate.
Requirements: Hardware and Skills:
- Must own a laptop or a desktop
- USB headphones (BPO type)
- Stable Wi-Fi or broadband internet connection with a speed of 80+ MBPS.
- Electricity Backup
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with using calling software.
Required Documents:
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- 1 Passport-sized Photo
- 1 Document of Highest Education
Additional Details:
- There will be online training for 4 to 5 days (UNPAID).
Generally, people get trained within this period and start jobs, but some can't. therefore, we give you a chance to improve further only you agree an unpaid. Only the trainer confirms your joining.
- We have commitments with clients, after the training, we will assign your daily commitments, which increase weekly. The team will always support you to achieve these commitments.
- You cannot use your phone for calls. We will provide a dedicated calling software.
- To install the telecalling software, we will require access to your laptop.
Note:-
- There will be no leaves during the training. If you take leave without notice, we will disqualify you from the training immediately.
- It's not a part-time job, so you must be present at the training from 9 am to 6 pm regularly.
