- Manage company accounts, payroll, receivables, payables, general ledger, statutory records, and month-end closing.
- Reconcile customer collections, bank/client statements, receipts, online payments, cash deposits, agency billing, and incentives accurately.
- Monitor collection-to-deposition timelines and pending/unmatched entries, investigating and escalating discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare invoices, GST/TDS workings, financial statements, portfolio costing, profitability reports, budgets, and management MIS.
- Maintain auditable supporting documents and ensure compliance with applicable tax, labour, client, and internal financial controls.
- Protect confidential customer, bank, employee, billing-slab, and incentive information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Cashier-cum-Assistant Accountant

Fresher: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 (INR)

- Receive and verify authorized collection amounts and supporting receipts/payment proofs handed over by field staff.
- Maintain accurate cash, receipt, petty-cash, and deposition registers with employee-wise and portfolio-wise references.
- Deposit collections into the authorized company/client bank account within prescribed timelines and retain validated proof.
- Assist with payment posting, reconciliation,



invoice support, payroll data entry, vouchers, and filing of financial records.
- Report shortages, excess cash, delayed deposition, duplicate receipts, unmatched payments, or suspicious transactions immediately.
- Never accept or route collection money through a personal account and maintain strict confidentiality and maker-checker controls.
