You are not just a traditional designer; you are a high-speed, AI-augmented visual engineer. You understand how to turn scannable product features into immediate conversions on Amazon, eBay, and major US, UK, and EU platforms.

You know the exact visual psychology that stops the scroll, triggers the "Add to Cart" reflex, and builds brand trust across different cultures. Crucially, AI is at the core of your creative process. We want someone who uses cutting-edge generative AI tools to hyper-scale production, run rapid variant testing, and create photorealistic lifestyle assets without waiting weeks for physical photoshoots.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

- Conversion-First Visual Assets: Design high-impact Amazon Main Images, A+ Content (EBC), Storefronts, infographics, and optimized for both desktop and mobile layouts.
- High-Velocity Video Production: Script, generate, and edit dynamic product videos, including Sponsored Brands video ads, unboxing simulations, problem-solution hooks, and 3D product visualizations.
- AI-Driven Creative Workflow: Leverage advanced AI generation models to create photorealistic lifestyle backgrounds, swap localized models for US/UK/EU markets, and rapidly generate variations for creative A/B testing.
- Algorithmic Image Compliance: Ensure all main imagery complies with strict marketplace compliance rules (e.g., Amazon’s pure white background requirement) while still optimizing for the highest possible Click-Through Rate (CTR).
- Global Localization: Adapt graphics and video text overlays to suit regional languages and cultural preferences across US, UK, and European markets (DE, FR, IT, ES).




- Data-Backed Design: Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CVR) alongside the marketing team to understand which visual hooks are winning, and iterate instantly.

What You Need to Win (Requirements)

- Experience: 4+ years of experience creating visual assets specifically for high-volume e-commerce and marketplace listings.
- Mandatory AI Tech Stack: Proficiency in next-gen AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Reliable Diffusion, Adobe family/suite, Magnific AI, Nano banana Runway, Sora, or Pika) for image generation, upscaling, and video synthesis.
- Core Creative Suite: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
- E-Commerce Mastery: A deep portfolio demonstrating before-and-after listing optimizations, 7-image stack structures, and video ads that drove measurable conversion lifts.
- Scroll-Stopping Social Media Creative: Conceptualize and produce high-performance organic and paid creative for social channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, Meta Ads, Pinterest). You know how to design for the specific native feel, aspect ratios, and pacing of each platform.
- Cultural Fluency: An understanding of EU/UK design sensibilities versus US trends (e.g., varying compliance laws regarding packaging callouts and localized text formatting).
- Speed & Resourcefulness: The ability to move from a text prompt or basic flat lay product photo to a fully polished, contextualized lifestyle video or image stack in hours, not days.
