Job Description – E-Commerce Executive Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Department: E-Commerce / Sales & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field Location: Andheri, Mumbai Salary: ₹40,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with around 2 years of experience to manage online sales channels, product listings, orders, inventory, customer queries, and marketplace operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strong coordination and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. - Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information. - Manage orders from order placement to dispatch and delivery. - Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates. - Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacement requests. - Monitor marketplace performance, sales, revenue, and product visibility. - Maintain accurate product and order-related data. - Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and queries and coordinate for timely resolution. - Support online promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts. - Track competitors,



pricing, products, and market trends. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales reports. - Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve online sales. - Ensure marketplace policies and company procedures are followed. - Coordinate with third-party marketplace partners and logistics providers. Required Skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations. - Hands-on experience with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, including basic data analysis and reporting. - Solid communication and coordination skills. - Good understanding of online sales, order management, inventory, and returns. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Ability to work with deadlines and sales targets. Preferred Candidate - Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Myntra, or similar marketplaces will be an advantage. - Candidates with experience in product listing, marketplace management, order processing, and inventory coordination are preferred. - Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
