Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven SMM Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, content strategy, audience engagement, brand building, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns

Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.

Research trending topics, hashtags, keywords, and content formats to increase reach and engagement.

Develop strategies to improve followers, engagement, reach, brand awareness, and organic growth

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and actively engage with the audience.

Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.





Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements based on data.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth.

Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.

Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

Good understanding of content strategy and social media trends

Knowledge of hashtags, audience targeting, engagement & organic growth

Strong creative thinking and content-planning skills

Good analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
