About the Role

This role is specifically for candidates with hands-on experience in media, entertainment, sports, television, digital content or production. We are looking for a Show Runner's Assistant to support the management and execution of an upcoming sports-based reality show — someone who can hear "this needs to happen today" and figure out how to make it happen. This is an execution-heavy, on-ground role — not a desk job. You'll be chasing people, maintaining trackers, attending meetings, solving problems on the fly, and making sure things actually get done. creative ideas and content development - Support the team in planning and executing the show flow - Help identify and organize episode-wise content - Support social media scheduling and content calendars **Production & Coordination** - Coordinate with different departments and track team progress - Help convert ideas and discussions into clear tasks and action points - Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks - Provide general support across the project as required **Administration** - Assist management with day-to-day project requirements - Assist with accounting, expense tracking and advance payment coordination

**Eligibility** - 1–3 years of relevant industry experience preferred - Highly capable freshers with strong reality/production exposure are welcome to apply

**Preferred Profile** - Reality show experience will be a strong advantage - Hands-on exposure to scripting, show flow, production coordination or content planning preferred - Strong communication and coordination skills - Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment - Flexible with working hours and project requirements If you are someone who enjoys working behind the scenes and wants hands-on exposure to the execution of a large-scale sports reality show, we'd love to hear from you.
