Position: Accountant
Location: Pandoga, Una, Himachal Pradesh

KC Group of Institutions invites applications from qualified, skilled, and motivated candidates for the position of Accountant at its Pandoga campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain student fee records and reconcile collections.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, invoices, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Coordinate with the administration and other departments regarding financial matters.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.




- Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in an educational institution, will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Salary: As per qualifications, experience, and institutional norms.
