About the Role

We are looking for a Consultant Finance Coordinator – Budget Monitoring to support project budgeting, monitor financial utilization and ensure smooth finance processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project budgets against actual expenses and utilization.
- Review and authorize payment vouchers and Tally entries.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Support funder audits, financial documentation and compliance.
- Manage cost-code mapping, salary/consultant allocations and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with Finance,



Program and Domain teams.
- Support financial reporting and donor requirements.

Profile

- Master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in Commerce/Financial Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting, budgeting, reconciliation and financial compliance.
- Solid attention to detail, coordination and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector is desirable.

Location: Western (Santacruz , Bandra )

Duration: 6 months
