Job Purpose

We are a premium wholesale jewelry manufacturing and bullion brand seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role requires specialized, deep expertise in handling job work (karigar) accounting workflows, metal tracking, and material weight reconciliations. The ideal candidate will ensure absolute accuracy in auditing precious metal transfers, processing multi-stage job work vouchers, and maintaining statutory tax compliance.Key Responsibilities

- Job Work Voucher Management: Process and audit all job work vouchers (issue, receipt, and return) for karigars, external refining units, and manufacturing workshops.
- Metal Weight & Purity Reconciliation: Track fine gold, silver, and diamond weights meticulously across every stage of production to minimize casting losses, burning variances, and manufacturing wastage.
- Inventory Control & Ledger Auditing: Manage real-time inventory ledgers for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final jewelry designs across multiple internal and external storage vaults.
- GST & E-Way Bill Compliance: Ensure accurate filing and documentation for GST on job work (Form GST ITC-04), generate necessary delivery challans,



and maintain impeccable tax records for all inter-state and intra-state movement of precious metals.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, process labor fee (making charges) invoices for karigars, and manage collections from wholesale retail clients.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate trial balances, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports for senior management analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 5+ years of core accounting experience, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years specialized in the jewelry manufacturing or bullion sector.
- Domain Knowledge: Expert understanding of metal loss calculation, karigar ledger accounting, and job work valuation workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of jewelry ERP software (such as WinGold, JCS, or tailored industry modules), Tally Prime, and advanced MS Excel.
- Regulatory Compliance: Robust, updated knowledge of Indian GST regulations, customs duties, and compliance rules specific to the gems and jewelry industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
