Duties & Responsibilities – Quality Engineer

- Study project specifications, drawings, and quality standards to ensure proper execution.
- Prepare and maintain quality checklists for various construction activities.
- Inspect and test incoming construction materials as per prescribed standards.
- Monitor workmanship and quality at every stage of construction.
- Conduct and maintain concrete cube testing and other required quality tests.
- Monitor material usage and control unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, handling, and preservation of materials at site.
- Inspect completed buildings/units for quality and possession readiness.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with the Project Manager and site team for effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed snag lists before possession and ensure timely rectification.
- Track and close all snags in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Maintain quality inspection, testing, and related project records.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and company quality standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
