Role description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Developer with robust experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and connectors, implementing identity governance solutions, and supporting access management initiatives across enterprise applications. Experience with BeanShell and Java is essential for developing and troubleshooting SailPoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, policies, and connectors.
- Build and enhance SailPoint connectors for enterprise application integrations.
- Utilize BeanShell and Java to develop custom SailPoint solutions and business logic.
- Configure and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes for automated onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance policies.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and other enterprise applications.
- Perform application onboarding, aggregation, reconciliation, provisioning,



and certification campaign activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint aggregation, provisioning, workflows, connectors, and integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, test cases, deployment guides, and implementation documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure identity governance and access management requirements are effectively implemented.
