Job Summary

SHOWOFFFF is looking for an experienced Cashier / Billing Executive to manage billing, POS operations, payments, cash handling, and customer assistance at our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer billing and operate the POS system accurately.

Process Cash, Card, UPI, and other payment methods.

Ensure correct pricing, discounts, offers, and quantities.

Manage cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.

Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations as per company policy.

Provide bills and receipts to customers.

Assist customers with billing and payment-related queries.

Maintain daily transaction records and billing documentation.

Report billing, POS, payment, or cash discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Maintain a clean and organized billing counter.





Support the store team during busy hours and other store activities when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier / Billing Executive in a retail environment.

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

Valuable knowledge of POS and billing systems.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Honest, responsible, and reliable with cash handling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
