Position Title: Plant Accountant

Location: Phalodi, Rajasthan

Salary Range: 15k – 30k per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant ready to work in Power Plant to support our Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain Cash Expenses details on Excel
- Prepare Cash voucher with receiver and Approver signature
- Send original Cash Voucher along with all supporting to HO Weekly
- As per requirement of Plant search Local Vendor for Supply and Services
- On the basis of PO cross check the Invoice and mentioned the receiving of Material on Invoice
- Prepare the Excel sheet on daily basis of Vendors bills record
- Book the Cash voucher, Vendors Bills, Vendor payment entry in tally on daily basis
- Maintain Imprest A/c for Cash Exp.
- Create Expenses Ledger, Assets and Capital work in progress of Assets Ledger
- Keep record for Raw Material (Fuel/ Husk) received on daily basis
- Coordinate with Store team for maintain the record for material received entry in register
- keep record of monthly attendance & Leaves send to HO
- Keep Record Diesel & Petrol consumption on Daily basis in Excel




- Keep record for Food Expenses provided to Employees

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Positive communication and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
