Civil Engineer/Architect - Builder Documentation & Representation

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Architect with solid hands-on experience in builder documentation, building permissions, liaison work, and government representation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage builder and construction project documentation from preparation to submission.
Coordinate building permissions, approvals, NOCs and statutory clearances.
Review building plans, layouts, architectural/structural drawings and supporting documents.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Follow up with government departments and local authorities for approvals and permissions.
Represent the organization before concerned authorities whenever required.
Track approval status and coordinate responses to queries, objections and deficiencies.
Maintain records of approvals, permissions, NOCs, drawings, certificates and official correspondence.




Ensure timely submission and follow-up of project documentation.
Assist in resolving approval, documentation and liaison-related issues.

Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
OR
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture
OR
Equivalent relevant qualification

Candidates with hands-on experience in:

Builder Documentation + Building Permissions + Government Representation + NOC Coordination + Approval Follow-up + Architectural Drawings + Liaison Work
