Responsible for organizing the warehouse Inventory, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the daily activities of warehouse staff and drivers. Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods from the warehouse. Maximizing the space usage within the warehouse. This role reports to the warehouse manager.
Reporting To: Warehouse Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Manage raw material inventory at 3PL warehouse.
- Maintain accurate stock records in SAP.
- Ensure physical stock matches SAP stock.
- Track daily stock movements and update SAP on time.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve stock variances, shortages, and excess stock.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate BOM consumption
- Monitor blocked, rejected, and damaged stock.
- Maintain inventory reports and support stock audits.
- Ensure correct material code, quantity, batch, and storage location in SAP.
- Follow inventory control procedures and company SOPs.
Requirements
- - 5 years of relevant experience in handling Warehouse operations
- Minimum Graduation or Diploma. Education in logistics or 3PL filed is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and SAP is mandatory
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft office tools - Word & Excel
