Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist management with administrative requirements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor management.
- Maintain office files, records, documents, and databases in an organized manner.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, maintenance, and other external parties.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as required.
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and other administrative requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other office-related documents.
- Track attendance, leave records, courier/logistics, and other administrative information when required.
- Support onboarding of new employees with basic office and administrative arrangements.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, celebrations, and employee activities.
- Ensure the office setting is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
- Identify administrative issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Professional and friendly approach when dealing with employees, clients, and visitors.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management or administrative software.
- Basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes.
- Vendor and facility coordination experience.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
