Channel Partner CoordinationCoordinate with channel partners (CPs), brokers, and external sales agencies for leads, site visits, bookings, and follow-ups.Lead ManagementMaintain CP-generated leads, update lead status, track site visits, and ensure timely follow-up with sales teams.Booking CoordinationCoordinate the complete booking process from token/booking amount to agreement and documentation.Billing & InvoicingPrepare and coordinate invoices, demand letters, receipts, and other billing documents for customers and channel partners.CP Commission / BrokerageMaintain CP commission records, verify eligibility, calculate brokerage, and coordinate approvals and payments.Payment TrackingTrack customer payments, outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment follow-ups in coordination with Accounts.DocumentationEnsure accurate collection and maintenance of booking forms, KYC, agreements, payment proofs,



and CP documents.Sales MIS & ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly reports covering CP leads, site visits, bookings, collections, cancellations, and commissions.Internal CoordinationCoordinate with Sales, Accounts, CRM, Legal, and Management for smooth transaction processing.Customer & CP SupportResolve billing, booking, documentation, and commission-related queries professionally and promptly.Data Accuracy & ComplianceMaintain accurate CRM/ERP records and ensure all billing and CP transactions follow company policies.Target & Performance TrackingMonitor CP-wise performance, booking conversions, collections, and contribution toward sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
