Job Summary

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management ( SPM ), CMDB , ITSM , and ServiceNow Integrations , with experience in configuring workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, and API-based integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing IT service management processes, maintaining CMDB health and data integrity, developing seamless integrations with enterprise applications, and supporting SPM modules to align business and IT objectives. Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, JavaScript, MID Server, Discovery, and Agile delivery methodologies is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
