About the Role:

EverGreen Solar is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics & Video Editor with a strong understanding of After Effects, video editing, graphic design, cinematography, and AI-based filmmaking.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, corporate videos, and other creative visual content for the company's marketing and branding activities.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects is the primary requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create professional motion graphics, animations, visual effects, transitions, and title animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, corporate communication, and marketing activities.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product/service videos, and other digital content.
- Work on video compositing, masking, tracking, keyframing, typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing and post-production.
- Use DaVinci Resolve for video editing, color correction, and color grading.
- Create graphic designs, thumbnails, social media creatives, and other visual materials using Adobe Photoshop.
- Apply basic cinematography principles such as camera composition, framing, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
- Explore and utilize AI filmmaking and AI-powered creative tools to develop innovative video and visual content.




- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to understand concepts and convert them into visually appealing content.
- Maintain consistency with the company's branding, visual identity, fonts, layouts, and design guidelines.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within assigned deadlines.
- Stay updated with current motion graphics, video editing, cinematography, AI filmmaking, and social media content trends.

Required Skills:-

Primary Skill – Adobe After Effects:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects is mandatory/preferred.
- Good understanding of keyframes, masking, tracking, compositing, effects, transitions, and animation.
- Ability to create professional motion graphics and 2D animations.
- Ability to create engaging text animations, visual effects, and promotional graphics.
- Strong understanding of timing, movement, composition, and visual storytelling.

Other Required / Preferred Skills:

- Adobe Premiere Pro – Video editing and post-production.
- DaVinci Resolve– Video editing and color grading.
- Adobe Photoshop – Graphic design, image editing, creative compositions, thumbnails, and marketing creatives.
- Cinematography – Basic understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera angles, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
- AI Filmmaking – Knowledge of AI-powered tools for video generation, image generation, creative development, enhancement, and post-production will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and social media specifications.




- Strong creative and visual-thinking ability.
- Good attention to detail and sense of design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Diploma/Certificate in Animation, Multimedia, Film & Video Editing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, graphic design, or cinematography will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid technical skills and an impressive portfolio/showreel may also apply.

Experience:

0–2 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
