- Manage inbound and outbound calling activities.
- Handle order processing and follow-ups with sellers, warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.
