About the Role

We are looking for passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Online Tutors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, can explain concepts clearly, and is committed to helping students improve their academic performance and confidence.

You will conduct one-on-one online classes.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging online tutoring sessions for students.
- Explain academic concepts in a simple, clear, and structured manner.
- Prepare lessons and learning materials based on student needs.
- Identify areas where students need additional support and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and, when required, parents/guardians.
- Attend scheduled classes on time and maintain consistent availability.
- Use online teaching tools such as video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and screen sharing.

We are currently interested in tutors for subjects including:

- Mathematics
- Science
- English
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Computer Science
- Other academic subjects

Subject requirements may vary depending on student demand.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you teach.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant academic qualification preferred.
- Comfortable teaching students online.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable device for online classes.
- Skilled, patient, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students.

Pay: ₹140.00 - ₹200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
