We are looking for a Field Surveyor to carry out field surveys, property/asset verification, data collection and GPS/GIS-based survey activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for accurate collection, recording and submission of field data as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and site visits as per project requirements.
- Collect property, building, land and asset-related information from the field.
- Record accurate field data using mobile applications, GPS/GIS tools and survey equipment.
- Capture photographs and GPS coordinates of surveyed properties/assets.
- Verify field information and identify discrepancies or missing data.
- Coordinate with local residents, property owners and field/project teams when required.
- Maintain daily survey records and submit field reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Follow project guidelines, survey procedures and safety instructions.
- Complete assigned survey targets within the given timeline.
- Assist the GIS/technical team in field data verification and correction.
- Maintain proper records of survey work completed on a daily basis.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications,
GPS and field survey work.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor/field conditions.
- Ability to travel to different project locations.
- Positive observation and data-recording skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Educational Qualification
10th / 12th / Graduate from a recognized board/university.
Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates can apply. Previous experience in field survey, GIS, property survey or data collection will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending upon qualification, experience and project requirements.
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or as per project/site requirements.
Reporting To
Project Manager / Survey Team Leader / GIS Manager
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel and work at different field locations.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be physically fit for outdoor field work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
