About the Role

NeoWise Learning UK Ltd is looking for a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to manage and grow multiple location-specific Instagram pages across India and the GCC.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Instagram accounts, with each account focused on a specific city or location. The primary objective is to build genuine local audiences, increase brand awareness, generate enquiries, and promote NeoWise Learning's education programmes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instagram Account Management

- Manage location-specific Instagram accounts.
- Maintain each account professionally with appropriate profile information, bio, branding, and contact details.
- Ensure that content published on each page is relevant to the respective location.
- Maintain consistent activity and engagement across all accounts.

2. Content Creation & Posting

- Create marketing materials, posters, videos, reels, and other social media content for NeoWise Learning.




- Adapt content where necessary to make it relevant to the specific city or location.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.

3. Local Audience Growth

- Build a genuine and relevant audience for each location-specific Instagram page.
- Focus on attracting genuine local followers rather than simply increasing follower numbers.
- Develop strategies to improve local reach, visibility, and engagement.

4. Local Engagement & Lead Generation

- Identify and engage with potential students in the respective locations.
- Research local education-related communities, pages, hashtags, and audiences.
- Engage with relevant local accounts and potential students.
- Respond professionally to comments and enquiries.
- Direct interested students to the appropriate NeoWise Learning communication channel.
- Generate qualified enquiries from the respective locations.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

The intern will maintain a straightforward monthly performance report for all managed accounts, including:

- Number of posts published
- Followers gained
- Engagement
- Reach
- Profile visits
- Enquiries generated
- Qualified leads
- Location of followers/leads
- Best-performing content

The objective is to build genuine local social media communities that can eventually generate real student enquiries and admissions.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Good communication skills.




- Ability to understand and engage with different local audiences.
- Basic Canva and content-editing skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn digital marketing and lead-generation techniques.
- Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Working Arrangement

This is a remote, part-time internship.

There are no strict fixed working hours, provided the candidate completes the assigned daily and monthly responsibilities within the required deadlines.

Compensation

₹5,000–₹7,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and capabilities.
