Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead and manage solar power projects from planning and execution through commissioning and handover. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Solar PV projects from project initiation to completion.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Supervise installation of solar modules, mounting structures, DC/AC systems, inverters, transformers, HT/LT systems, cables, earthing, and associated electrical works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, energization, and project handover activities.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, productivity, and resource utilization.




- Ensure compliance with HSE/Safety requirements at the project site.
- Review and maintain project documentation, DPRs, progress reports, inspection records, and as-built documents.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical/site issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Ensure successful completion of projects within the agreed time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in solar power projects, preferably in EPC/project execution.
- Robust knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical installation, HT/LT systems, testing & commissioning, and project execution.
- Experience in handling project teams, contractors, vendors, and client coordination.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, billing, documentation, and site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
