Accounts Executive – Gemjhori (Johri Bazar, Jaipur)

Experience: 2–3 yrs (gemstone/jewelry industry preferred) | Type: Full-Time |
Location: Johri Bazar, Jaipur (on-site)

Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts (sales, purchase, expenses)
- Billing & invoicing for gemstone/jewelry
- Inventory valuation & stock reconciliation
- GST, TDS filing & statutory compliance
- Bank reconciliation & cash flow tracking
- Payment coordination with karigars/vendors
- Prepare P&L;, MIS & financial reports
- Support CA/auditors during finalization

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter a plus)
- 2–3 yrs accounting experience, gemstone/jewelry industry preferred
- Proficient in Tally/ERP, Excel, GST filing
- Knowledge of gem/jewelry inventory (weight, purity, valuation)
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, good communication (Hindi/English)
- Must work in office at Johri Bazar
