Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop current customers (garment manufacturers, designers, exporters, retailers).
- Generate sales leads and convert them into orders.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Promote fabric ranges (cotton, polyester, blends, knits, woven, etc.).

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of fabrics, GSM, counts, weaves, finishes, and trends.
- Present fabric samples, swatches, and catalogs to clients.
- Educate customers about fabric quality, usage, and care.

4. Order Management & Coordination

- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch.
- Ensure accuracy in order specifications and documentation.

5. Market & Trend Analysis





- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new fabric developments.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Identify opportunities for new products or markets.

6. Sampling & Development

- Coordinate sampling and fabric development as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on sample approvals and bulk order confirmations.
- Assist in product development discussions with mills and designers.

7. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
- Submit regular sales forecasts and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

8. Trade Shows & Networking

- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Build industry contacts and expand the customer network.

9. Credit & Payment Follow-up

- Monitor customer credit limits.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,887.41 - ₹47,792.34 per month
