This is a SALES position in the travel industry.

We are looking for candidates with proven sales experience, preferably in Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Tour Package Sales.

- Candidates with travel sales experience will be given first preference.
- Candidates from other sales backgrounds may be considered if they have strong sales and communication skills. Training will be provided on our travel products and destinations.
- Candidates with NO SALES EXPERIENCE will NOT be considered.
- Candidates from non-sales backgrounds such as administration, reception, general customer service, data entry, etc. are not eligible for this position.
- Local candidates from Thiruvananthapuram will be preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant (Holidays) to join our sales team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing holiday quotations, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should be sales-oriented, confident in communication, good at follow-ups, and comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations and packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and customized holiday proposals.
- Follow up with customers through WhatsApp, phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Sell holiday packages, tours, hotels, transfers, and other travel services.




- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to complete bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and booking process.

Requirements

Mandatory:

- Previous sales experience is required.
- 2+ years of Travel Sales / Holiday Sales / Tour Sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates with sales experience in other industries may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare quotations and communicate professionally with customers.
- Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience Preference

1. Travel Sales / Holiday Sales – Highest Preference
2. Other Sales Experience – Can be considered; training will be provided
3. No Sales Experience – Not Eligible
