We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fulfilment Manager to oversee vendor coordination, order fulfilment, and supply chain operations at FemiSafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of products, maintaining inventory availability, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors for product procurement, order placements, and timely deliveries.
- Track purchase orders, vendor commitments, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely availability of products and resolve delays.
- Negotiate with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines when required.
- Coordinate with vendors for product quality, quantity, and order accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, from order confirmation to dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle vendor-related issues, discrepancies, returns, and replacements.




- Maintain accurate records of vendor details, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, procurement, and fulfilment operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operational processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, fulfilment, or operations.
- Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or order management systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
