Key Responsibilities:

* Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

* Maintain robust relationships with guests and ensure excellent customer service.

* Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest issues.

* Welcome and assist guests during their visit.

* Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

* Maintain guest records and follow up when required.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Presentable and professional personality.

* Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role will be preferred.

* Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently.

* Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
