- Supervise and coordinate production activities and workers on the production floor.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
- Manage employee attendance, work assignments, and performance.
- Minimize production downtime, waste, and operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Timing 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
