We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform

ideas, scripts, and raw footage into compelling videos for brand, product, and

performance marketing. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product

teams to bring FactoHR’s stories to life.

Job Description

- Video Editing & Production
- Edit marketing, product, and brand videos including:
- Product demos & walkthroughs
- Social media videos (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
- Customer testimonials & case studies
- Explainer and training videos
- Assemble raw footage, screen recordings, voiceovers, and animations into polished outputs
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, background music, and brand elements
- Brand & Content Alignment
- Ensure videos follow FactoHR’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
- Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, formats, durations)
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to visualize scripts effectively

- Edit short-form,



high-impact videos for ads and campaigns
- Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized contentIncorporate feedback quickly and iterate based on performance insights

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, and pacing
- Experience with subtitles, sound design, and basic color correction
- Familiarity with screen recording and SaaS product videos
- Strong storytelling and visual sense
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to experiment

Qualification

Experience Preference (For Experienced Candidates)

- Experience editing B2B / SaaS / HR-tech videos
- Knowledge of social media video trends
- Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or AI video tools
