We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our development team and take ownership of an existing production mobile application.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, be comfortable working with REST APIs, real-time communication, push notifications, native Android integration, and production application maintenance.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding the existing application architecture, fixing production issues, implementing new features, improving application performance, and ensuring reliable releases across mobile platforms.

This role requires someone who can independently understand an existing codebase, troubleshoot complex mobile application issues, implement recent functionality, and take ownership of development from implementation through production deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance an existing production Flutter application
- Understand existing application architecture, codebase, business logic, APIs, and workflows
- Develop new features and modules using Flutter and Dart
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services
- Implement real-time communication using WebSocket and similar technologies
- Implement and maintain Firebase Cloud Messaging and push notifications
- Work with native Android components and integrate Flutter with native Android code when required
- Troubleshoot application lifecycle, notification, connectivity, and device-specific issues
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and network usage
- Debug and resolve production issues across different Android devices and OS versions
- Implement secure local storage, caching, session management,



and application state management
- Integrate third-party SDKs and platform services
- Follow clean coding practices and maintain scalable and reusable Flutter components
- Review and refactor existing code when required
- Write maintainable, testable, and well-structured code
- Perform application testing, debugging, and regression testing before releases
- Work with Git-based development workflows and participate in code reviews
- Prepare application builds and support mobile application deployment and release management
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and technical leads
- Analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions independently
- Monitor production issues and provide timely fixes
- Document important technical implementations and development processes

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Good understanding of Flutter application architecture
- Strong knowledge of Android application development concepts
- Experience developing and maintaining production-level mobile applications
- Strong experience with REST API integration
- Experience with WebSocket or real-time communication
- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging and push notifications
- Experience integrating Flutter with native Android code using Kotlin or Java




- Good understanding of Android permissions, services, notifications, and application lifecycle
- Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Cubit, Provider, Riverpod, or similar
- Good knowledge of local storage and caching mechanisms
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using Git and Git-based development workflows
- Understanding of mobile application security and secure API communication
- Experience with Play Store application release and deployment
- Good understanding of application performance optimization

Good to Have

- Experience with iOS development and App Store deployment
- Experience with Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of professional Flutter development experience
- Strong problem-solving and debugging ability
- Able to quickly understand and take ownership of an existing codebase
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to investigate and solve difficult mobile platform issues
- Strong focus on application stability, performance, and reliability

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Alangulam, Tamil Nadu
