A hospital is seeking qualified Staff Nurses Ward to provide safe and effective nursing care to admitted patients. The role involves patient monitoring, medication administration, coordination with doctors and healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation.

Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in a hospital ward setting.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Nursing Council.
- Valuable knowledge of general nursing procedures, patient care, infection-control practices, and medication administration.
- Strong communication, clinical observation, teamwork, documentation, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the assigned ward.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist doctors during examinations,



procedures, and other clinical activities.
- Maintain accurate patient charts, nursing notes, medication records, and shift handover reports.
- Identify changes in patient condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate medical team.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments for continuity of care.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding nursing care and treatment instructions within the scope of practice.
- Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, teamwork, and effective communication at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
