About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Native Engineer who bridges the gap between infrastructure automation and cloud-native application development. In this role, you will lead the architecture of robust CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate complex multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, and build high-performance microservices using Golang. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring system resilience, security, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- CI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and multi-region production environments.
- Kubernetes & Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage managed Kubernetes clusters (GKE/EKS). Implement service mesh topologies, advanced ingress controllers, secret management solutions (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), and multi-cluster routing.
- Backend & Service Architecture: Design and build high-throughput RESTful APIs, gRPC services, and GraphQL interfaces using Golang for microservice communication.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce DevSecOps practices within pipelines and Kubernetes deployments,



ensuring robust secret handling and zero-trust mesh networking.
- Observability & Reliability: Set up monitoring, logging, and tracing across microservices and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and low latency.

Required Qualifications

- Infrastructure & Orchestration: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing production workloads on Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), including ingress, secret management, and Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
- Programming & Services: Proficiency in Golang for building backend microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and GraphQL interfaces.
- CI/CD Engineering: Deep experience creating build/release automation across multi-workplace setups (using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins).
- Cloud & Networking: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, cloud networking, DNS management, and multi-cluster topologies.
- Containerization: Expert knowledge of Docker image optimization, multi-stage builds, and container runtime security.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
