Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operation Team Lead to manage daily operations and lead a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, good communication, and the ability to manage team performance and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure smooth workflow.




- Handle operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within timelines.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and management.
