- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, analyze market trends, and report on regional performance.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain relationships with key dealers, distributors, and rural networks. Resolve channel partner issues quickly.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Fix and meet primary and secondary sales targets for the region. Monitor stock liquidation through distributors and retailers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and guide Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). Set tour plans and review field activities.
- Demand Generation: Plan on-field activities like farmer meetings, crop shows, field trials, and product demonstrations.
