- Recruitment and Hiring: Manage talent acquisition, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and lead onboarding for recent team members.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between staff and management, resolve conflicts, and address grievances.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation systems, support appraisals, and guide staff development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll structures, health plans, and total reward programs.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure company rules follow local and national labor laws.
- Training and Growth: Identify skill gaps and coordinate professional development workshops.
