Sales Associate – Recruitment & Staffing Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our recruitment and staffing team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying potential clients, building robust relationships, and offering tailored staffing solutions to meet their workforce needs. Key Responsibilities * Lead Generation: Identify and prospect business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and corporate clients. * Solution Selling: Understand client hiring needs and present appropriate staffing models (contract, permanent, or temporary placements). * Collaborative Support: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate profiles. * Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to identify new business opportunities. * Pipeline Management:



Maintain an accurate pipeline of active prospects and sales activities using our CRM software. Requirements & Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. * Experience: 1–3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience (staffing industry experience is a plus). * Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. * Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
