We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Lead to manage projects from onboarding through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct kickoff meetings with clients after project onboarding to gather and understand requirements
Translate client requirements into clear, actionable project plans
Assign tasks to developers based on skill set and project needs
Create and maintain a detailed work plan/timeline for each project
Follow up regularly on project status and ensure tasks are progressing as planned
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure proper and timely delivery of projects as per client expectations
Track and manage project fund flow/budget-related communication with clients
Identify roadblocks early and coordinate with the team to resolve them
Maintain documentation of requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
Valuable understanding of technical/development concepts (should know how projects are built)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic to intermediate technical skills relevant to software/web projects
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Client-handling experience preferred
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination/management
Nice to Have
Familiarity with project management tools
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
