About the Role

Vendiman is looking for an MIS Executive – Operations to support the Operations team through accurate data management, reporting, analysis, and coordination. The role will be responsible for maintaining operational MIS, tracking machine and business performance, and providing timely reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Operations.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from vending machine and retail operations.
- Track key operational metrics such as sales, machine performance, inventory, stock movement, downtime, and service activities.
- Maintain accurate databases and operational records.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
- Generate dashboards and reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analyse operational data and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions to the management.
- Track machine-wise, location-wise, and account-wise performance and prepare regular reports.
- Support the Operations team with data required for reviews, audits, and business decisions.
- Coordinate with field operations, service, sales, warehouse, and finance teams for data collection and reconciliation.
- Ensure reports are shared accurately and within defined TATs.
- Maintain proper documentation and data confidentiality.




- Perform other MIS and operational reporting activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, Operations MIS, or a similar role.
- Experience in Retail, Vending Machine, FMCG, Logistics, or Operations will be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Valuable knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of operational data.

- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
- Timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Effectiveness of operational analysis and reporting.
- Timely identification of operational gaps and exceptions.
- Support provided to the Operations team and management through meaningful data insights.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with operational data, with the ability to convert raw data into clear and actionable MIS reports.

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 2+ Years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
