Key Responsibilities

- Edit Reels: Cut high-energy, dynamic vertical videos (9:16 aspect ratio) from raw wrestling footage, promos, and event recordings.
- Long-form Episodes: Assist with full-length content production.
- Add Effects: Apply punchy text animations, dynamic captions, sound effects (SFX), and color grading to maximize viewer retention.
- Pacing and Hooks: Create strong visual hooks to engage viewers.
- Asset Organization: Efficiently organize footage, audio tracks, and project files.
- Trend Adaptation: Stay up to date with trending audio, editing styles, and formats on Instagram and YouTube.
- Collaboration: Work with the content team and social media managers to align edits with company branding.

Requirements

- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.



Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Wrestling Knowledge: A strong passion for and deep familiarity with pro-wrestling history, terminology, and current promotions.
- Portfolio: A showreel or links to edited short-form videos demonstrating quick pacing and rhythm.
- Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines, especially for live events or breaking news.
- Experience: 1–2 years of video editing experience (including personal projects or independent channels).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
