US Operations Specialist – US Calling Experience Required | Night Shift

VMG BPO is looking for an experienced professional to work with a US-based company during California business hours.

Important: Please apply only if you meet at least one of the following:

- You have full-time professional experience speaking with US customers, businesses or clients over the phone, OR
- You have studied or worked abroad, preferably in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or another English-speaking country, and have excellent spoken English.

Candidates without substantial US/international communication exposure are requested not to apply.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate should have:

- Excellent, fluent and natural spoken English.
- Robust listening skills and confidence speaking with US customers and business contacts.
- Previous experience making and receiving calls as part of a US business process.
- Good professional email-writing skills.
- Ability to follow up persistently with customers, businesses and government offices.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple pending cases and take responsibility for completing them.
- Confidence using online systems, email, spreadsheets and web-based applications.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday during California business hours (night shift in India).

The Role

You will support the operations of an established California electrical services company.

Your work will involve:

- Calling and emailing customers, contractors,



city offices and other organisations in the US.
- Following up on applications and pending approvals.
- Preparing and submitting documents online.
- Tracking the progress of different projects.
- Maintaining accurate records and follow-up schedules.
- Resolving missing information and documentation.
- Coordinating between the US company, customers and external agencies.

Training will be provided for the specific processes and procedures involved.

Previous experience with electrical permits is not required.

What is most important is your ability to communicate professionally with people in the United States and independently manage a US business process.
