We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist with strong optical sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good clinical knowledge along with excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
* Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and contact lenses based on customer needs.
* Provide qualified advice on eyewear and lens options.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
* Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
* Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
* Work closely with the optical sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
* Degree/Diploma in Optometry.
* Previous experience as an Optometrist in an optical retail environment.
* Sales experience in optical/eyewear is highly preferred.
* Good communication, customer-handling and product knowledge.
* Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹12,268.76 - ₹31,154.14 per month
