We are looking for a DRA Certified Caller to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding outstanding dues, following up on payments, handling customer queries professionally, and achieving assigned collection and calling targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and dues.
- Communicate payment-related information clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment commitments.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Follow the company's calling, compliance, and customer-handling guidelines.
- Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and ethically.

Required Skills

- Valid DRA Certification is mandatory.




- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of English typing skills and speaks Hindi and/or Marathi as required for the process.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Education

Minimum: 12th Pass
Graduates will also be considered.
