Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive two-wheeler sales through field activities, customer acquisition, dealer/showroom leads, corporate tie-ups, and local market development. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the field sales team, generating new leads, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly two-wheeler sales targets.
- Plan and execute field sales activities to generate new customer leads.
- Visit potential customers, companies, institutions, residential communities, and local markets to promote two-wheeler products.
- Manage and motivate field sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through showroom enquiries, digital campaigns, referrals, and field activities.
- Develop corporate, institutional, and bulk-sales opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate roadshows, promotional campaigns, test-ride camps, and local events.
- Identify new market areas and opportunities for increasing showroom sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure timely follow-up from enquiry to booking and delivery.




- Monitor daily sales activities, lead status, conversions, and team performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with showroom, finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM/lead-management systems.
- Train and guide field sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Any degree / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in automobile, two-wheeler, FMCG, telecom, retail, or field sales.
- Experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong target-oriented and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Should have a valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer base is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, and sales reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
