Position Summary

The Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and effective transportation of hotel guests, staff, and goods. The role requires disciplined driving habits, knowledge of local routes, and a professional attitude to represent the hotel in the best possible manner.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely drive hotel vehicles (car, van, or bus) for guest, staff, and material movement.

· Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, fueled, and roadworthy.

· Perform routine checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, etc.) before and after trips.

· Provide punctual pick-up and drop services for staff and guests as per schedule.

· Maintain a logbook for vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and kilometers driven.

· Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and hotel protocols.

· Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to the Head of the Driver Department.





· Assist passengers courteously with luggage and ensure their comfort during travel.

· Support other transportation needs of the hotel when required.

Requirements

· Valid Driving License (LMV/Heavy Vehicle as required).

· Minimum 2–3 years of proven driving experience, preferably in hospitality.

· Sound knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.

· Minimum 10th pass or equivalent qualification.

· Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
