Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and implementing Requests for Change to enhance system functionality and reliability. Additionally, updating knowledge base articles is a key activity to facilitate efficient troubleshooting. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is essential to analyze issues and drive timely resolutions, ensuring continuous support and operational excellence across the technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Lead efforts to document and share best practices and lessons learned within the team.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge transfer.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Solid understanding of data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize data flows for performance.
- Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA architecture and its interaction with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.

- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
