We are looking for an experienced qualified with strong expertise in Engineering Leadership, People Management, Backend Development, Full-Stack Engineering, System Design, and AI/Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have experience managing high-performing engineering teams, driving technical architecture, and building scalable, production-grade platforms with hands-on exposure to LLM-based agents or agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities -

- Lead and manage high-performing engineering teams of 15-20 engineers across multiple teams.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and career development.
- Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend systems and drive architecture and system design decisions.
- Review technical designs and critical code paths while guiding teams through complex engineering challenges.
- Lead or contribute to building LLM-based agents and Agentic AI products, including agent orchestration, tool usage, context management, and evaluation.
- Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into execution plans and own delivery commitments across PODs.
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, reliable, observable, and production-ready.

Mandatory / Preferred Skills -





- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with strong engineering leadership experience.
- Experience managing teams of 15-20 engineers.
- Strong frontend experience with React / JavaScript.
- Strong backend expertise in Java with Spring Boot or Python with FastAPI.
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLM, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-based systems.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, along with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, technical decision-making, and Agile delivery.
- Exposure to voice bots, conversational AI, prompt engineering, AI/ML platforms, or MLOps will be an added advantage.
